  سمنو، این خوراک چند نوع میباشد و یک قسم آن شیرین میباشد که از آمیختن آرد با روغن و شیره گندم خشک کرده (مخصوصاً در نذرھای زنانه مثل چھارشنبه سوری وغیره) پخته میشود۔
